Among all the leaf beauties,what made me very happy was the pudina leafs.The fresh aroma itself gives us a refreshing feel.
Even though its very small ,i decided to pluck few leafs and make some chutney today.
I just love this chutney and was longing to get some fresh green looking leafs to make some.I just grinned these leafs along with some coconut,lime,small onion,kanthari mulak(a variety of green chilly),ginger,and salt. I am not a good cook,but I think this one turned too good.
I was not that patient to decorate it...and here is the chutney..
